The Jungle Book, A Preview by The Little Company

Singapore Repertoire Theater’s The Little Company is BACK AGAIN! This time with their own unique adaptation of Rudyard Kipling’s classic tale, The Jungle Book, that takes you and your children on a fun-filled adventure through the jungles of India. Join Mowgli, a boy raised by wolves, and his friends Bagheera, the panther and Baloo, the bear in this magical world where the animals can talk. Come with your family to enjoy the show!

Is This Film Suitable for Your Child? by Media Development Authority of Singapore

Saturday, 7 November, 2.00 – 3.30 pm, Bishan Public Library

As a parent, what do the film ratings mean? How does consumer advice help in deciding which movie is suitable for your children? If you are a discerning parent and would like to understand more about the film ratings and classification process, this workshop is for you! This workshop not only promises a series of fun and engaging activities targeted at enhancing your knowledge about the Film Classification process, as well as an opportunity to get up close and personal with our Film Classifiers. Think Spanish Dancers are only found in Spain? Think again! Is everything really boring and blue under the water? Not quite! Yummy crabs, sea grapes, star-studded sands and more – our seas have it all! Join us as we bring you a feast of colourful critters and fantastic flora that inhabit Singapore's waters. Learn about the importance of marine diversity and how you can do your part to save it in this cool programme.

Come join us for this light-hearted skit about Katie Cat’s mission to teach kids the importance of good personal hygiene. Also featuring the mascots from the National Environment Agency (NEA)’s ‘Clean and Healthy Me’ programme for pre-school, this enjoyable skit is performed by Act 3 Theatrics.
